The issuer Kofola ČeskoSlovensko a.s. („Kofola“) announces that it will not publish the annual financial report for 2024 on the originally scheduled date of 28 April 2025, but on the new date of 21 May 2025.

The reason for the change in the publication date of the annual financial report for 2024 is mainly due to the large-scale acquisitions made by the Kofola group in 2024, which have significantly contributed to the increased complexity of preparing the annual financial report for 2024.
