Today, June 28, 2021, the General Meeting of Kofola ČeskoSlovensko a.s. (“Company”) discussed the announcement of Mr. Petr Pravda on his resignation from the position of a member of the Supervisory Board, with the provision that the performance of his function ends on June 28, 2021.

Today, the General Meeting of the Company appointed Mr. Ladislav Sekerka and Mr. Alexandros Samaras as members of the Company´s Supervisory Board.
