Decision of the Board of Directors on advance dividend payment for year 2024

The Board of Directors of Kofola ČeskoSlovensko a.s decided to pay the advance dividend payment of CZK 7.50 per share before tax.

The record date for exercising the right to advance dividend payment is 11 October 2024. The advance dividend will be payable from 31 October 2024 to 31 October 2027.
