Today, on 20 December 2018, the Commercial Register registered the decrease of the share capital of the company Kofola ČeskoSlovensko a.s., approved by the General Meeting held on 13 August 2018.

The share capital, after the decrease made, amounts to CZK 1,114,597,400 and is distributed to 22,291,948 ordinary shares issued as book-entry shares with a nominal value of CZK 50 each.
