Today, on 25 March 2019, the Board of Directors of Kofola ČeskoSlovensko a.s. (“the Company”) decided to recommend to the general meeting of the Company to approve a dividend for 2018 in amount of 13.50 CZK per Company´s share, before tax.

The date of the General Meeting has not yet been decided.
