The Board of Directors of Kofola CeskoSlovensko a.s (“the Company”) has decided on the payment
of a dividend advance on 8 October 2024.
Advance dividend of CZK 7.50 per one Company’s share before tax is attributable to each common registered share.
The relevant date for exercising the right to dividend is 11 October 2024.
The dividend will be payable from 31 October 2024 to 31 October 2027.
