The General Meeting of Kofola ČeskoSlovensko a.s (“the Company”) has approved the payment of a dividend on 29 November 2021.
Dividend of CZK 13.50 per one Company’s share before tax is attributable to each common registered share.
The relevant date for exercising the right to dividend is 22 November 2021.
The dividend will be payable from 9 December 2021 to 9 December 2024.
