The General Meeting of Kofola CeskoSlovensko a.s (“the Company”) has approved the payment
of a dividend on 28 June 2024.
Dividend of CZK 13.50 per one Company’s share before tax is attributable to each common registered share.
The relevant date for exercising the right to dividend is 10 July 2024.
The dividend will be payable from 9 August 2024 to 8 August 2027.
