European Healing Waters s.r.o., in which the Kofola ČeskoSlovensko Group holds a majority stake through its subsidiary Kofola a.s., has completed the acquisition of the business enterprise of BOHEMIA HEALING MARIENBAD WATERS a.s. (the "Business Enterprise").

Today, 1 September 2026, following the fulfilment of the conditions precedent set out in the agreement on the sale of the Business Enterprise (in particular, the consent of the insolvency court to the sale of the Business Enterprise outside of a public auction) and payment of the purchase price, the transfer of the Business Enterprise became effective upon publication of the deed evidencing the purchase of the Business Enterprise in the Collection of Deeds of the Commercial Register.
