Today, 8 July 2026, an agreement was concluded for the purchase of the business enterprise of BOHEMIA HEALING MARIENBAD WATERS a.s. (“BHMW”).

The buyer is European Healing Waters s.r.o., whose shareholders are Kofola a.s. and IG Healing Waters s.r.o.

Given that the BHMW enterprise is being sold as part of insolvency proceedings, completion of the transaction is subject in particular to the approval of the creditors’ committee and the insolvency court. Settlement is therefore expected during the third quarter of this year.

BHMW is engaged in the extraction, bottling and distribution of traditional Czech natural healing and mineral waters, primarily at two major locations: Bílina and Mariánské Lázně. Its most significant brands include Bílinská kyselka, Zaječická hořká and Rudolfův pramen.

Through this transaction, the Kofola Group will expand its portfolio with healing mineral waters with a strong story that it will be able to further develop.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction price.
