On this day, 18 March, 2019, ZMB Capital Sp. z o.o. ("ZMB"), a major Polish traditional producer of mineral water, and Kofola ČeskoSlovensko a.s. signed a Share Purchase Agreement regarding a 100% stake in Hoop Polska Sp. z o.o. for the purchase price of EUR 13,750,000.

ZMB takes over the entire business, including the Kutno production plant, trademarks for key brands, employees, and distribution networks. The transaction did not include the closed production plant in Grodzisk Wielkopolski which was transferred to Premium Rosa Sp. z o.o. and is offered for sale.

Kofola ČeskoSlovensko a.s. remains in the Polish market through its subsidiary Premium Rosa Sp. z o.o.
