On 15 September 2026, Kofola ČeskoSlovensko a.s. entered into an agreement with Mr. Pavel Holšán and Mr. Lumír Bednář on the terms of the transfer of a 51% ownership interest in Chachar catering s.r.o.

The parties will enter into a shareholders' agreement under which Kofola will be entitled to increase its ownership interest up to 100%.

Completion of the transaction is subject to the satisfaction of a number of conditions precedent, and settlement is expected to occur by 31 December 2026.

Both parties have agreed not to disclose the acquisition price, which was agreed on 15 September 2026.
