Kofola completes purchase of a minority stake of a Panamanian company Alta Fermentacion

Yesterday, 19 May 2026, Kofola ČeskoSlovensko a.s. (the “Kofola”) acquired shares of the company Alta Fermentacion S. de R.L., ID no. 155777301 (the „Company“) which represents 39 % of the capital of the Company and subsequently Kofola has increased its share in the Company in an amount of 10 % of the capital of the Company, for a total of 49 %, in exchange for the capital contribution.
