Kofola completes purchase of majority stake in Zubr, Holba and Litovel breweries

Today, 8 March 2024, PIVOVARY TRIANGL s.r.o. ("TRIANGL") became a 100% owner of Pivovary CZ Group a.s. and FONTÁNA PCZG s.r.o.
The shareholders of TRIANGL are Kofola ČeskoSlovensko a.s. (51%), RSJ PE SICAV a.s. (29%) and ÚSOVSKO a.s. (20%).
