Kofola ČeskoSlovensko a.s. today acquires a 100% stake in F.H.Prager s.r.o. The company F.H.Prager s.r.o. has been on the market for ten years and produces Prager craft cider and Prager natural sodas. Kofola acquires the brands, recipes and production technologies. The parties have agreed not to disclose the price of the transaction.

For Kofola, the purchase is a ticket to the world of craft ciders and sodas. The acquisition expands the portfolio with new brands of artisanal products from locally available raw materials, and at the same time we gain know-how of the fermentation production process. With ciders and sodas Kofola wants to expand its activities in gastronomy.

This is a minor acquisition. Annual sales of F.H.Prager are about CZK 10 million.
