(hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) approved at its meeting held on 22 August 2022, that a decision on approval of distribution of a profit generated by the Company in 2021 shall be taken outside the General Meeting (per rollam) in compliance with Article 11.11 of the Articles of Association of the Company and approved terms of adoption of such decision.
