On 12 December 2019, Kofola's Group management met with investors, where it also communicated the acquisition of a 100% stake in Karlovarská Korunní and Ondrášovka. At this meeting, management confirmed that the current dividend policy is not affected by this transaction.

Kofola ČeskoSlovensko a.s. has today signed a framework agreement concerning the purchase of the 100% share in Karlovarská Korunní and Ondrášovka. This transaction is subject to approval by the Office for the Protection of Competition. The accomplishment of this transaction is expected in the first half of the next year. Both parties have agreed not to publish the value of this transaction.

Despite weather conditions not being so favourable, the Kofola Group has successfully increased its sales once again, recording a year-on-year growth of 3.6%. Revenues in the first nine months of this year grew by EUR 6,577 thousand to EUR 190,384 thousand. The EBITDA figure grew by 9.3% in Q3, while it has remained at a similar level year-over-year, growing by 0.5%.
