The issuer Kofola ČeskoSlovensko a.s. (the "Issuer") has requested the regulated market organiser Burza cenných papírů Praha, a.s. (the "BCPP") to suspend trading of the Issuer's shares for the entire trading day today, i.e. 22 November 2023, and the regulated market organiser BCPP has complied with this request.

The reason for this request to suspend trading is that the Issuer will be publishing inside information during today's trading day.

Trading will resume again tomorrow, i.e. 23 November 2023.
