The General meeting of Kofola ČeskoSlovensko a.s. held on 18 May 2018 decided to pay out the Company´s after tax profit for the year 2017 in the amount of CZK 350,667,210.84 recognized in the ordinary financial statements of the Company as at December 31, 2017 together with a part of undistributed profits of previous years in the amount of CZK 10,511,789.16, i.e. in total the amount of CZK 361,179,000 to the Company´s shareholders.
The dividend to be distributed between shareholders amounts to CZK 16.20 per one share before tax.
The relevant date for exercising the right to dividend is May 11, 2018.
The dividend will be payable from June 18, 2018 to June 18, 2021.
