The General Meeting of Kofola ČeskoSlovensko a.s. having decided outside the meeting by correspondence voting from 2.11.2020 to 18.11.2020, has decided that from the Company´s after tax profit for the year 2019 of CZK 472,901,000.11 recognized in the ordinary financial statements of the Company as at December 31, 2019 it will pay out the dividends in the amount of CZK 300,941,298.00 to the Company´s shareholders.
Dividend of CZK 13.50 per one share before tax is attributable to each common registered share of nominal value CZK 50.
The relevant date for exercising the right to dividend is 26.10.2020.
The dividend will be payable from 2.12.2020 to 2.12.2023.
